To confirm a reservation, a two night deposit, plus a non-refundable $35 reservation fee is due within 10 days and the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 31 or more days before arrival is $100. There are no refunds within 30 days of arrival. For the Christmas season there are no refunds after November 1. For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Payment can be made by check, traveler's check, money order, cashier's check, as well as Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.

Rates:

All rates based on U.S. dollars, subject to a 11.416% Hawaii State sales tax. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Christmas:

Most properties have a longer minimum stay over the Christmas period. Full payment is due by Nov. 1.

Additional Person Policy:

All rates are before tax. One bedroom rates are based on two adults (with a maximum of 4 people). Two bedroom rates are based on 4 adults; a maximum of 6 people. Three bedroom rates are based on 6 adults; a maximum of 8 people. Extra person charge is $10/day per person, (Children under 13 years of age are free).
