Kumulani Vacations values your business and respects your right to privacy. The information you provide to us is collected with the intent of providing you with better service. We will not provide any of your personal information to other companies or individuals without your permission.

If you make a reservation, we ask for your name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers, credit card number and expiration date. If you are a travel agent, we also ask for your ARC/IATA/CLIA number and travel agency name. This allows us to secure your reservation and notify you of the status of the reservation.

Your personal information will only be used by Kumulani Vacations. However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that Kumulani Vacations uses for the purposes of delivering specific services to you (i.e., customer support or shipping company if you have asked us to send something to you.)

Information we collect is used to contact you to confirm a reservation or contact you in the event there are questions about any information you submit to us.

We may occasionally notify you of seasonal specials or new resort openings or guest services. If you do not want to receive any unsolicited announcements from Kumulani Vacations, we ask that you email us at info@kumulani.com.

We will disclose personal information when required by law, in response to any demand by law enforcement or other appropriate government authorities, or if the personal information is pertinent in a legal proceeding or court action.

Kumulani Vacations does not lease, sell, trade or give any of our customer information to other companies.
